Term of the Agreement: The agreement between you and S9 as an affiliate partner will commence upon our acceptance of your application and will remain in effect until either party terminates it. Termination can occur at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Commissions will only be earned on confirmed jet bookings once flown or aircraft being successfully sold/purchased during the active term.

Commission: For every lead itinerary that leads to a jet booking and subsequent bookings resulting directly from that lead, we will pay you a profit share of up to 20%. Occasionally, we may run promotions, and you will receive notifications via email regarding any changes to commissions or bonuses.

Representation and Branding: Affiliates are permitted to use direct linking via the provided assets or via search engine paid advertising without modification. However, in all other communications, advertisements, or representations, affiliates must clearly present themselves as independent representatives of S9. They must not portray themselves as being S9 directly or create an impression that such communications are directly from S9. Any misrepresentation can lead to immediate termination of the affiliate agreement and forfeiture of any accrued commissions.

Modification: We hold the right to modify any terms and conditions of this agreement at our sole discretion. In the event of such changes, we will notify active affiliates via email. Your continued participation in the program after receiving a change notice will signify your acceptance of the modified terms.

Limitation of Liability: S9 shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program.

Spyware / Spam: We strictly prohibit the use of spyware, adware, spam, or parasiteware techniques for generating traffic. We reserve the right to investigate affiliates and their activities to determine if such practices are employed. Any affiliate found violating this policy will be promptly terminated from the program, forfeiting all commissions.

Account Purge: We reserve the right to periodically purge inactive accounts. An account shall be considered inactive if it has not been logged into or received traffic for a consecutive period of 90 days. Inactive accounts may be removed from the program, and any accrued commissions shall be forfeited.

Payment: Commission payments will be made 30 days after the completion of a flight.

By submitting your application and participating in the S9 affiliate program, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement and any other terms on our website.
