Why Fractional?

  • Co-owning means you pay less upfront to purchase the plane and share ongoing expenses equitably.

  • Every aircraft is sold with a maximum of 6 shares and/or up to 5 owners. But owners can purchase up to 3 shares and right side ownership that best fits their needs and mission. The first mover will typically set the bar for how the entire aircraft is set up but isn't responsible if other shares go unsold.

  • We take care of storage, maintenance tracking and scheduling, and general aircraft oversight all transparently through S9’s tech. Just show up and fly with peace of mind.

  • LLC origination and legal setup, operating agreement designed for co-ownership

  • We will provide you with access to our innovative financing structure and partners, allowing you to finance your aircraft or share purchase.

  • Marketing, outbound sales, aggregation, and vetting of the co-ownership group and dry lease clients, if applicable.

  • Sharing takes the strain off the supply chain and natural resources. We’re in discussions to have all of our aircraft participate in 4Air Level 2 Emissions Neutral program offsetting the carbon and emissions by 300%.

    Our co-ownership model was made to optimize the assets in the most efficient way possible and will only continue with S9’s dedication to a zero emissions future.

  • We power our own ongoing software development of all the heavy administration, owner management, equitable scheduling technology, billing, and LLC legal maintenance so that you don’t have to worry about anything.

  • A dedicated staff member will onboard owners and will always be available to provide ongoing support.

  • Take advantage of tax savings like bonus depreciation and Superior Business Use, if* you qualify.

  • Submit to our waitlist form. When we have an opening for your region and share interest, we’ll send you a brokerage/management agreement and deposit request to secure your place in line. This is the first step in the process which is followed by detailed next steps personally explained by one of our team members.
