Meet Our Leadership

Pierre Badin | Co-CEO

Pierre is an aeronautical engineer with a specialization in aircraft augmented control systems. Pierre is also an FAA-certified multi-engine commercial pilot with an instrument rating, adding a valuable operational perspective and practical approach to technical and strategic challenges in the aviation sector.

Pierre volunteers as a warbird mechanic, is an avid sailor, and is one of the original co-founders of Stratus 9.

Zeeshan Moha | Co-CEO/CFO

A former Architect and Structural Engineer, LEED AP® with education from Harvard and USC, Zeeshan holds a highly regarded trifecta of expertise: the credentials, the experience, and the track record. These afford him a deep understanding of business and keen market insight, with an affinity for disruption in regulated industries.

Zeeshan’s first aviation company is a Pt. 135 electric and VTOL operation. He is a Career Board Member and is a self-certified Gearhead.

Michael Morgan | COO

Supervising fractional ownership and private aircraft operation since 2011, Mike manages our network fleet of more than 17 aircraft, including 7 jets throughout California.

Mike’s credentials include a degree in Aviation Science & Management, he is an instrument-rated CFI, and has an Airline Transport Pilot License. He is also fluent in Japanese and an auto enthusiast.
